With over a decade of experience in both the airline and medical history sectors, I bring a unique blend of operational expertise and a client-centered approach to our organization.
Manouscha Joacilien-Greene, Receptionist/ Support Staff
I am the Receptionist and Support Staff at Arise Coaching and Therapeutic Services, bringing over a decade of experience in both healthcare and administrative operations. My background includes patient care, cardiac monitoring, and EKG interpretation, along with strong skills in scheduling, communication, and office management. I am certified as a Patient Care Technician, CNA, and Home Health Aide, with BLS certification. I am known for my attention to detail, professionalism, and compassionate approach, ensuring both high-quality client care and efficient daily operations.
Jael Stevenson, Receptionist
As the receptionist at Arise Coaching and Therapeutic Services (ACTS), I take pride in welcoming clients and families and helping create a warm, supportive environment from the moment they arrive. I assist with scheduling, phone calls, and client inquiries, and I am committed to providing clear communication and exceptional service to ensure a positive first experience.
My long-term goal is to become a medical doctor and open my own pediatric practice. Working at ACTS has strengthened my passion for helping children and families and reinforced my belief in the importance of compassionate, patient-centered care.
